ECAG Draft Strategic Plan
The Euroa Community Action Group is releasing the DRAFT strategic plan 2022-2025. The document outlines the priority focus areas, goals, and key initiatives that will drive the work of ECAG over the next 4 years.
The plan was created in consultation with our community and members of the Euroa Community Action Group in 2021.
The ECAG team is keen to hear from the broader community, particularly on the goals, initiatives, and role of ECAG.
