Workwear Directive

A new Staff Workwear CEO Directive has been developed to replace the former Uniform CEO Guidelines.

The Directive outlines the conditions and process relating to employees provided with Council-funded work attire and will primarily apply to staff in:

  • Events
  • Emergency Management
  • Front line Customer Service
  • Local Laws
  • Operations
  • Projects

Next steps

The new Workwear CEO Directive and any feedback will be discussed at the next Staff Consultative Committee meeting on May 27, 2024.

The Workwear CEO Directive will then be finalised and distributed to staff.
