Strathbogie Shire Council's Rural Outreach Worker Brian Hill's role is to provide a valuable link between rural community members and various support services and agencies. Brian is eager to gain a better understanding of the concerns, issues and challenges facing the Shire's rural community members.

Information gathered in the Rural Outreach Survey will assist new Rural Outreach Worker Brian Hill. The purpose of the survey is to collect information to gain a better understanding of the issues impacting on the health and wellbeing of farmers and rural communities in Strathbogie Shire.

All information gathered will be treated in strict confidence.
The data gathered will be presented as collective information, with no individuals identified.

The survey should take between 10 – 15 minutes.
